Yes — for consulting, Lifestyle Design Brief™ engagements, and licensed plans, we work nationwide. For stamped architectural services, we work with a Conscious Home Design-certified designer or licensed professional in your state.
How long does a typical project take?
A Lifestyle Design Brief™ Intensive runs 1–3 weeks. A full custom home from discovery to permit-ready documents typically runs 3–5 months. CandyBox cottages deliver in roughly 12–16 weeks from deposit.
Do you work on sustainable or green projects?
We design every home to work with its climate, site, and the people in it. That usually produces a home that's more efficient than code — but we're not dogmatic about certifications.
