Architectural Designer (Licensed or Path-to-License)
Location: Remote (US) with occasional Vermont site visits
Role type: Full-time or contract
The short version: You'll lead design on CHD Method™ projects from Lifestyle Design Brief through construction documents, mentored directly by Talor.
Modular Design & Production Lead — CandyBox
Location: Vermont
Role type: Full-time
The short version: You'll own the design-to-production pipeline for our modular cottage line. Experience with factory-built housing required.
Content & Community Lead
Location: Remote (US)
Role type: Full-time or contract
The short version: You'll run the social media and email ecosystem—built on the CHD psychological trigger framework—across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. Copywriting chops required.
